Wedding Pricing Information
(2024 Pricing)

While you stay at Luxury Lake Retreat, you can also have an intimate house & backyard* wedding experience with your loved ones.  Plus, we provide beautiful optional wedding decor services too.

Luxury Lake Retreat Wedding Package includes 2 nights of accommodation and a wedding celebration!
​
Mandatory Fees:
​

  • Wedding Accommodation & Wedding Celebration Fees  ($4500+GST)  

This includes:

  • usage of Luxury Lake Retreat house for the accommodation for 2 nights and 3 days (up to 16 people*)

  • usage of the property to hold the ceremony and reception (up to 30 people*)

    • ceremony can be held either indoor or outdoor (if no rain/snow).

  • usage the property for your wedding photography.

  • chairs and tables covered in simple white linens

  • basic decoration of indoor ceremony/reception area and cocktail tables. See Basic Decoration Gallery. 

  • the usage of portable wireless outdoor speaker for the ceremony

  • Special Event Kitchen Use Fees ($300 + GST) except when catering company brings already-cooked food

​

  • Cleaning Fees ($350 + GST)

​

  • Damage Deposit ($500 - no tax)

    • After check-out, the entire house including the kitchen will be inspected, and if any damage found on any of the items or furniture, applicable repair or replacement fees will be invoiced and deducted from the damage deposit. If no damage found, the damage deposit will be returned in full amount in 1 week from the check-out date.​

Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am. 

If you wish to stay more than 2 nights, you can do so for an additional $800 + GST per night

*NOTE: The maximum overnight capacity inside the house is 16 people. The maximum event capacity inside the house is 30 people. Children aged 3 or above are counted towards the number.  If you have more than 30 guests for the wedding, extra day guest fees and extra decoration and labour fees will apply. If you have more than 16 people staying overnight, extra accommodation will apply.​​​

Optional Fees:

​​

  • Luxury Wedding Decoration & Floral Packages - $4400 + GST (up to 30 guests; extra fees if more guests)

  • Indoor Sound System and Projector Rental - $100 + GST

    • This includes the use of our sound system (indoor only) - speakers and microphones and the projector. There is also a TV in the common area that can be used to project slideshows or videos if you bring your own laptop and HDMI cable.

  • Wedding Ceremony Aisle Rental - $50 + GST

    • Luxury white ceremony aisle that can be set up either indoor or outdoor (weather permitting). 

​

  • Wedding Outdoor Reception Tent - $300 + GST (1 tent) and $400 + GST (2 tents)

    • If weather permits (not available if rains or snows).  This includes setting up and taking down the outdoor wedding white reception tent decorated with lights, curtains, and greeneries. The tent(s) will be set up close to the side of the house (on the same side as the wooden gazebo) in order to allow easy access between the kitchen and the guests.

Payment and cancellation policy 

​

A non-refundable deposit (30% of the quote) is required to reserve your wedding or event dates. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your check-in date. 

​

All cancellations must be in writing. You may cancel up to 4 weeks of the event date, and if you must cancel the wedding within 4 weeks of the event date, there will be no refund.
